■ Company introduction

Denshi-Gihan Co., Ltd., founded in 1976, is a small factory whose main business is the design and manufacture of printed circuit boards. We offer contract manufacturing of circuit boards that require reliability for use in railways, buses, hospitals, and other infrastructure.

Possessing two own product brands, we are a company that takes on new challenges with a proven track record of designing circuit boards for major companies. 

In 2014, we launched the circuit board art goods business “PCB ART moeco” by taking advantage of the manufacturing technology and equipment and design capabilities we had accumulated. Under the slogan “The PCB is the absolute computed Art,” our products feature elaborate designs and a sense of surprise.

We design using CAD for printed circuit boards and solder electronic components onto real circuit boards.

We design using CAD in-house and solder components on the surface soldering line at our main factory, which is used for our main business.

The CAD used for designing circuit boards is not a design software, so we draw each line one by one with a mouse.

Our products are elaborately designed with 0.1 mm wiring patterns made by thin lines.

A notable feature of our iPhone cases and IC card cases is that as well as their elaborate designs, they are equipped with a circuit that lights up LEDs using a radio wave. *The circuit that lights up LEDs with a radio wave was patented in 2020 (patent No. 6667777).

In 2019, we released a wearable LED display, “FLEX SIGN anode.”

The main features of the anode circuit board are that it is bendable, messages can be changed using a smartphone app, it can be used continuously for up to 12 hours, and it weighs just 20 g.

Kanji, hiragana, katakana, alphabet characters, and symbols can be input.

Simple one-button operation. It can be used repeatedly by being charged via USB. *The light-emitting display of FLEX SIGN anode was patented in 2023 (patent No. 7218914).

Since July 2024, we have been organizing weekly factory tours and workshops.

You can see the process of low‐volume high‐variety production. The workshop “Glows without batteries! Let’s make a printed circuit board that glows when you touch an IC card on a ticket gate” is a beginner-level circuit board-making program for elementary school students and older. (The youngest participant is a second grader.) 

When you touch the IC card with the completed circuit board on a ticket gate, the LED will glow. It can also be used as a key chain or bag tag. Also, outlet circuit board art goods will be sold, and a “gacha” capsule toy vending machine containing circuit boards can be played free of charge.
