Hata Die-casting Industry Co., Ltd. offers engineering proposals to meet users' needs based on our knowledge as a zinc alloy die-casting specialized company. 

Die casting is a casting technology in which alloys melted at high temperatures are poured into a precision mold at high speed and high pressure and formed instantaneously.

We take advantage of the low melting point characteristics of zinc alloys, we are able to achieve thin-walled processing and high-precision machining of parts.

In addition, we are able to provide a large and stable supply to the automotive and construction industries through proposals such as extending the life of molds in consideration of optimum production.

1. Full range of machine facilities

We have 8 die-casting machines, ranging from a maximum of 100 tons to a minimum of 5 tons, enabling us to respond to a wide range of customer needs in detail. 

2. Young group of craftsmen with an average age in their 30s

Since we have inherited the technology from our predecessor that we have cultivated over many years, we can develop high-quality products from the mold design stage based on the inherited technology. 

we have also made many innovations to reduce post-processing, and we focus on developing products that our customers truly desire.

Visitors can observe a zinc die casting manufacturing site.

The zinc alloy, which is nearly 400 degrees Celsius, flows into the mold, and you can experience the real manufacturing site of how it is manufactured in a high cycle.
