Sugiyama Envelope LLC, founded in 1946, specializes in manufacturing envelopes.

We are entrusted by major envelope manufacturers and printing companies nearby because of our quality.

We have the capability to manufacture almost all types of envelopes used in Japan although we are such a small factory where only 6 people work for.

Hence, the envelopes manufactured by us are widely used by local governments and many companies all around Japan.

Have you ever wondered the way to manufacture the envelopes even though they are often delivered to your post box. Indeed, there are many parts of their processes adjusted by craftsperson.

And there are quite a lot of companies in paper production industry including envelope manufacturers in Osaka so that we believe in the envelope also represents our city Osaka.  

We offer a guided tour of our facility by our stuff thus it is very good opportunity to dive into one of the power sources of Japanese manufacturing industries, a small factory in town, like us. 

In this tour, it is guided the entire process of envelope manufacturing, from a big paper to small folded paper products.

And we will prepare a small gift for you as a souvenir.
