Wako Metal Ltd., founded in 2000, is a sheet metal processor.

We are highly reliable partners, having successfully done business with major companies in the areas of sheet metal processing and can manufacturing, machining, stainless steel and iron welding, and the manufacturing and assembly of substation panels and control panels.

We machine thin and thick sheets, iron (SPHC, SPCC, SEHC), stainless steel (304 2B, HL, ♯400), and aluminum, and widely manufacture products of any size from small parts to large products.

1. Fiber laser machine

We have introduced an Amada state-of-the-art fiber laser machine, enabling us to further improve machining quality. The technical capabilities we have accumulated extend not only to the handling of a wide variety of materials, such as iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass, but also to the micromachining of steel materials, such as three-dimensional-shaped angles and channels. This allows us to quickly and flexibly address any sudden specification changes and same-day inquiries, providing strong support for our customers’ businesses.

2. Full process inspection

We offer consistent, outstanding quality through thorough quality control. Also, we conduct inspections for processes ranging from CAD design to machining and welding with the utmost care. Enclosure for a certain power plant

The exterior is made of high-quality stainless steel. The size is 2.4 m (H) x 3.2 m (W) x 1 m (D). It features a solid, sturdy design, maintaining its beautiful appearance and performance for a long time. In addition, to achieve complete waterproofing, skilled craftsmen carefully TIG weld each and every part by hand.

Stainless steel platform

A high-durability stainless steel platform. The size is 0.2 m (H) x 3.5 m (W) x 0.6 m (D). We have an extensive track record of producing platforms, stands, and bases[A2] . We can customize our products to meet the customer’s specific requirements, offering the best solution according to the application.

Service area enclosure

A large iron enclosure for outdoor use. The size is approximately 2.3 m (H) x 2.4 to 3 m (W) x 2.4 m (D). This enclosure is made entirely of Wako Metal brand parts, not only externally, but also internally. These outdoor specifications are designed to be weather resistant, allowing long-time use even if it is exposed to wind and rain.

Hemmed cover

Hemming makes the thin plate twice as strong as its thickness, making it an excellent product as a reinforcement. This processing is known for its precision and technical difficulty, however we guarantee stable quality and high precision. In addition, it is lightweight yet extremely strong, contributing to lower cost for our customers.

Equipment mounting bracket

The introduction of a fiber laser machine has enabled us to machine stainless steel with a thickness of 9 mm. At the same time, it has also enabled us to perform machining that involves complex designs or requires higher precision. This allows us to respond to a wider range of customer needs and offer more flexible services than ever before.

Stainless steel signboard

We also manufacture storefront signboards. Sizes and designs can be freely tailored upon request. We also offer design proposals that match the customer’s brand image and concept. A luxurious stainless steel signboard will greatly upgrade the appearance of your store.
