■Factory Introduction

USEYA ADVANCED INDUSTRY (abbreviated as UAI) is a unique digital shared workshop established by our company, USEYA Inc.—a system development firm—as a manufacturing hub in Izumi City, Osaka Prefecture.

UAI is a fully equipped workshop featuring 3D scanners, 3D printers, UV printers, and laser processing machines. It is the only facility in Japan that enables collaborative online manufacturing using a visual sharing system with smart glasses.

■Details of the Experience

You can observe the operation of equipment such as 3D printers, 3D scanners, and laser processing machines.

Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to try on smart glasses using the latest XR technologies, such as Apple Vision Pro, and experience operating equipment with XR integration.

You can also tour other areas of the facility, including the robotics and PC zones, as well as the event-sharing area on the second floor that offers a view over the workshop.

■Key Highlights

You’ll get to see a manufacturing hub that only an IT company can offer—leveraging IoT and DX technologies. This includes online manufacturing using smart glasses and remote operation support robots, enabling remote work assistance and collaborative production from a distance.

We also welcome visitors from overseas. While the standard tour is conducted in Japanese, English guidance is available upon request if you contact us at least 10 business days in advance.
