Takaishi Industry Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of industrial precision rubber products founded in 1946.

Our representative products include sealing products like gaskets, packing, and O-rings to seal air, gas, oil, etc. They are used widely in wet areas in the house such as bathrooms, toilets, and kitchens, supporting people’s everyday lives.

As rubber professionals, we also provide a wide range of services, from prototyping of rubber packing products to R&D support such as development of rubber materials and performance evaluation testing of rubber compounding chemicals.

Besides all these services, as rubber evangelists, we have launched the SGW Project to provide the general public with an opportunity to learn about the potential and greatness of rubber and the fun of manufacturing. As part of the project, we have been providing factory tours and a rubber item-making experience for the past 10 years.

■ Tour description

We offer a rubber item-making experience. You can enjoy making your own rubber items while learning about rubber.

You will make an item of your choosing such as a mouse pad, stamp mat, Clione-shaped key holder, etc. by operating the machine and mold.

This plan allows everyone, from children (from first grade of elementary school) to adults, to fully experience the fun and joy of making things.

■ Tours from overseas

 We accept inspection tours from overseas. However, our foreign language skills including English and Vietnamese are not the best, so we will provide explanations using Google Translate, etc. We kindly request that all participants thoroughly understand the situation.
